06:57 pm - I have stuff to post for a change. There have actually been things going on for a change! We got a big 106cm tv, yay!! That is pretty damn cool let me tell ya! I am currently looking for a new job, long story. I still have a job but when I find a new one I will leave this crappy place, yay! hmmmmm, let me see what else. Oh, I went out last saturday night (3rd night out in 4 weeks, go me!) with Korin and Chloe. That was fun, Korin bought me drinks all night, we did about 5 Yager bombs plus all the other drinks, but surprisingly I wasnt sick the next day. I have been busy making up cards and stuff for mitch. We are going to see a financial adviser next week and I am doing an MYOB course so I can keep track of all the business-ey stuff. (makes it much easier when it comes to doing BAS statements etc I have been told?) I bought a dress of Ebay to wear to mandy party, I should get it by the end of this week. I hope it fits!! now all I need are cool shoes. Liam is being Liam. He is getting so big, and I must say that as he is getting older his behaviour in public is getting SOOO much better (unless he is really tired) we can make it almost through an entire outing before he chucks a tantrum (usually at the check out). I think the main problem is that when he goes out with nannies and poppies they just buy him heaps of lollies and toys and whatever he wants so he expects the same ting from em and Mitch. Grandparents are great, but it sux cos all they want to do is give him lollies and spoil him and then make me out to be the bad person when I say no, damn them! Although I shouldnt complain because I appreciate everything everyone does for us. ok, well, I cant think of much else to put in here, so I guess I will be back when I have moe stuff to say! 11:46 am - Working? I am at work, and its painfully boring, so I will do all of those blog quiz things. Not much been happening ( I say that all the time! my life must be so boring!) Nat and I took Liam to see my pop yesterday. He is in Prince of Wales hospital, he had an operation on his back. He is ok, which is good. It was a long day, but Liam loved going on the train and buses! He even made a few little friends on the train trip there, which was very cute. I get next weekend of, I am so happy about that because I havent had a saturday and sunady off together in about 2 months, yay for me! I had lunch with Katie at Terrigal last week, and we went op shopping. It was fun, made me realise how much I loved op shopping, so I am planning on going again soon. I saw a great op shop in Randwick, Nat said it was really good so I am planning to go. I best go and look like I am working incase someone comes in. I will also do more blog thingys for everyone to look at. Also, later tonite I may start a count down to Robbie, so look forward to that!! Current Location: Computer, Desk, back office, work. 09:10 pm - No Subject. No real subject, just realised that I hadnt updated in a while. I have to figure out how to get these stupid advertisments off my page. BAH! Why did I tick yes? Anyway, am currently watching The Office (The british version, so funny! Although I really like the American one as well) Not alot going on, as usual. I have been really busy with work. My boss is on holidays so I have been working 4-5 shifts a week, which makes life hectic. I dont know how my mum has always managed to work full time with 4 kids! Mitchell is running his own business now. Well, I say Mitchells but really its ours. Liam is really interested with taking his nappy of at the moment. He is also interested in peoples bums.....which is SO embarrassing. He patted a girl (bout 15) on the butt the other day and said 'bum bum' (when we were out shopping) omg, I nearly died! She thought it was funny though, thank god! I have also been busy burning Buffy dvds (a friend from work lent me season 5 and 6 and the movies) so that is totally cool. ok, so, really not much happening so I will leave it at that for the moment! 12:52 pm - I'M GOING TO ROBBIE!! I'M GOING TO ROBBIE!!!!!!!! I got tickets for Robbie Williams this morning!!!!!!! HURRAH!! Nat lined up outside Gosford Leagues club this morning from about 8am. When she go there, there was already about 60 ppl lined up. I got there at 9am. When we were about 20 ppl from the front of the line, they announced that the show was sold out! (at 9:15am) anywho, they ticketek people advised us to hang around incase they announced a second show...........and they did at 9:45. I'm sooooo excited. we got oval reserve A, which is IN FRONT of the stage, woohoo! everyone went for the seated tickets.....but why? I want to get as close as I can! and anyway when I finally did get to the counter, they only had crap seats left. I'm so happy right now, I totally thought that we wouldnt get tickets, but we did! YAY! And I'm going to U2 at the end of the year! Anyway, I'm off to work now....but I dont care, I'm still excited bout getting tickets. Katie, if you are reading this, I left a message for you on your journal about the concert with the details. 09:43 pm - No subject yay, I got my green P's on Tuesday. I've been puting it off for ages (5 months) but the test took all of about 6 minutes...so great. and I'm pleased that I got a better picture this time (but its still not wonderful). Anywho.....I am at home alone at the moment, how sad. Teneille asked if Liam could have a sleep over, and Mitchell is out with his football mates (they lost all their games buy the way)So, the whole house is mine...I dont think ben home onlone for 2 years, its very strange. Anyway, I went to Nats on yesterday and we tried to buy Robbie tickets online as some were pr-released to ticketek prefered buyers. Anywho, do you think we could get onto the site?..... no way, it was too busy! And then when we finally did get on, all of the tickets were gone! how rude is that? SO we will be lining up early Tuesday morning to hopefully get good ones. Thats about all I have at the moment. oh, a web site that I highly suggest (especially when I bored out of my brain at work) www.snopes.com very interesting, check it out. 08:21 pm Ok, I am currently waiting for advice on how to make this thing look respectable, until then it will just have to stay like this. I am at work at the moment, probably should be doing some work as well.oh well. Well....what to write about? I wonder who will actually read this thing, I know.....Mandy! yay! SO many things going on. Lets start with Liam. He is two in 2 weeks. My how the time flies. WHen I get more technologically advanced I may post a few pics of him seeing as though he is so truly beautiful. He very recently got grommets....what an experience that was. We spent the day in the hospital, and I had to get all gowned up and go down with him into the operating theatre and hold him while they put him under. It was one of the most horrible experiences of my life. I know that is was only a very simple procedure, but to actually try to be calm and hold your child whilst they are being knocked out goes against every natural instinct a parent has! But it was ok, the theatre assistant who took us in was really nice and told me about his kids and similar operations and how it made him feel upset too. After it was done the specialist spoke to me and told me that he was very surprised that Liam could even hear at all considering how blocked his ears were.The result is a little boy who is starting to speak alot more, how-ever still not very clearly. Although, he does say 'piss off' rather coherently. SO its off for more hearing tests, then a dietitian, then a pediatrician then perhaps a speech therapist (although the latter is very unlikely). Actually thats about all. Oh, except that Mitchell played all 3 grades of union on Saturday and now has SIX either broken or sprained fingers, a very sore and swollen jaw and left eye,,,,,,,,,,is covered in scratches and bruise, and i mean HUGE purple and black bruises and also has a really odd looking lump on his hand, which we suspect is his bone sticking up. And still the guy wont go to a doctor....my god! We may be getting a new puppy soon! thats rather exciting I think. We are waiting for our friends dog to breed his dog so we can have a pup. His doggy is a pitbull like ours, and is the most BEAUTIFUL animal I have ever seen. He is a real red colour with gorgeous green eyes and I want a puppy like that for our dog to play with.
